At SIA Collective, we strive for excellence in every garment and footwear design; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all specialized packaging and tags intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original SIA Collective box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
